South Korean heartthrob Park Bo Gum is set to make a dynamic return to the small screen in JTBC’s upcoming action-comedy drama Good Boy, premiering on May 31, 2025, at 10:40 PM KST. The series will also be available for global streaming via Amazon Prime Video.

In Good Boy, Park Bo Gum portrays Yoon Dong-joo, a former Olympic boxing gold medalist whose athletic career is cut short due to unforeseen circumstances. Seeking a new path, he joins a special police unit through a recruitment program for retired athletes. Dong-joo’s transition from the boxing ring to the police force is fraught with challenges, including a demotion to rookie status following a series of incidents.
